WORKFLOW OVERVIEW
● Our laboratory obtains the detailed address and contact information of clients(Clinics, hospitals, labs or distributors), records and archives them; The client sends cases to our lab. ● Customer service team confirm fabrication requirements, make a production sheet and arrange production. ● The production team starts manufacturing, QC inspects each step, until cases are completed correctly and in high quality. ● The client completes the payment. Payment Terms: By bank transfer or PayPal(Preferred). ● Customer service team arranges the delivery of goods to clients by FedEx/UPS/DHL/LINEX. ● The client receives the shipment. The usual turnaround time is ten calendar days from the time you ship the cases until you receive them from us. We will process your order and notify you immediately if there are any questions. Occasionally there will be a delay due to shipping or customs.
